About Jackie – Your Dedicated Lash Artist Hi, I’m Jaqueline Moreno, but you can call me Jackie! I’m a Licensed Lash Artist based in Wethersfield, Connecticut, specializing in custom-tailored eyelash extensions. My mission is to help every woman feel beautiful, confident, and empowered. I create a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere in my lash room, where my clients can not only enhance their outer beauty but also embrace their inner glow. My Consultation Process When you book a session with me, I go beyond just choosing lash lengths and styles. My consultation process is designed to understand your lifestyle, personal preferences, and unique eye shape to create a look that complements your individual beauty. Whether you want a bold transformation or a subtle enhancement, I'll work with you to bring your dream lashes to life, making adjustments with every visit as your style evolves. I believe in creating a service that is curated to you-from the shape of your eyes to your everyday habits. Your lashes are more than just a look; they should reflect who you are and how you want to feel. Here’s how it works: 1. Book Your Appointment Schedule your appointment directly online for convenience. 2. Share Inspo Pics & Desires Send me your lash inspo photos, or let me know the look you’re dreaming of, so we can make it a reality. 3. Send Passport-Style Photo This allows me to get a better understanding of your natural lashes and eye shape. 4. Digital Consultation I’ll follow up with a detailed digital consultation to discuss your goals and preferences for your lashes. 5. Personalized Lash Mapping Results Based on your unique features, I’ll create a custom lash map tailored to your eye shape and style. You’ll leave with a look that is uniquely yours. Once We Finalize Your Lash Look Once we've finalized your lash mapping, I take the time to bring your vision to life with a final step in the process. Using my artistic skills and advanced technology, I'll digitally design and draw two custom lash looks on the photo you've sent. These lash designs will give you a clear visual of how your lashes will look before you even step into my studio. This allows us to be completely on the same page, ensuring that we're aligned with your vision and expectations. I've invested countless hours in perfecting my artistry, refining my styling techniques, and continuously educating myself to stay on top of the latest trends and best practices in the lash industry. I also use only the highest quality products to guarantee that your lashes not only look stunning but also remain durable and comfortable. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy – Please Read Carefully Thank you for choosing to book an appointment with me! I understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. In order to respect both your time and mine, I’ve put together a cancellation policy that ensures my schedule runs smoothly, and that I can offer a timely service to all of my clients. Your understanding and cooperation with these terms are greatly appreciated. Deposit Requirement for New Clients To secure your appointment, all new clients are required to place a deposit at the time of booking. This deposit guarantees your spot and is applied toward the final cost of your service. Please note, the deposit is non-refundable, but it can be transferred to a different appointment time if you need to reschedule. This flexibility helps ensure that your lash needs are met, even if circumstances change. However, to move your appointment, I kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled time. Cancellation or Rescheduling Policy If you find that you are unable to make your appointment, please reach out to me at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule. You can contact me directly at 860-251-9311 or through Instagram DM at @jackieslashparadise. Your deposit will be applied to the new appointment time, but failure to notify me within 48 hours may result in a cancellation fee. No Call, No Show If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior communication (a “no call, no show”), the full cost of the service will be charged to your account. This policy is in place to ensure that I can accommodate all of my clients effectively, and I ask for your respect in following it. Same-Day Cancellations I understand that sometimes emergencies or last-minute issues arise, but please know that same-day cancellations—those made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment—will incur a 25% cancellation fee of the remaining balance on the service. This policy ensures that I can continue to operate smoothly and keep my schedule open for other clients. I truly value each and every one of my clients, and I want to make sure you have the best possible experience. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and I want to ensure that I’m able to provide you with the best service possible.
